Hii..can we do mixes Pilates and strength training days in our workouts day like 4 x strength training
And 2x Pilates(beginner)

Pilates is not so much working on those global muscles to get strong so it is based on what you want to accomplish. If you want to balance out the global and accessory muscles so that you move more efficiently, Pilates is far better. I appreciate you wanted to try to break down with your perspectives:)
