I'm watching this my NEW OOB Fire Tablet! I love it with Google Apps installed/enabled! The Dolby Atmos Works and I can here the difference between Stereo and Atmos.

I got a stable and cheap folding case with it.

Under everything else, where did they hide the MAC address? The old instructions of go to settings, internet, 3 dots gives you the option to reset internet & Bluetooth only. I was told mobile hotspots are not "real internet" by Kindle support after an hour of trouble shooting. So no location of MAC address. Funny thing is the hotspot worked unsecured perfectly. A note was sent to the developer. Anyone????Thanks Cheryl

This would have been a decent tablet but it’s not full HD . That’s the minimum needed to enjoy YouTube, Netflix, Disney Plus content in full hd. I’m holding on for if there be a newer version of the amazon fire hd 10 for this year .

nice video. I am now a subscriber. ive owned previous fire devices in the past, hd7 and hd8, and the quality of Netflix videos is very poor - low resolution for some reason. how do Netflix videos play on the new hd8?

Microphone seemed fine for Zoom. Maybe Amazon put a good one in there for Alexa.

I have fire hd8 2018. It has poor screen quality that can easily crack when dropped plus poorly scratched screen unless with screen protection. Till now one of speakers has malfunctioned without any reason; however, thank to its two speaker stereo (lol).
