There is no doubt that Amazon has offered a very practical and extremely affordable tablet in the name of Amazon Fire 8 tablet. While there are other brands like Apple that offers high end products, Amazon does well with the budget device with the integration of a powerful mediatek chipset ensuring powerful performance with the USB port and the addition of Alexa. Absolutely worth every penny.

Am watching this on my 2018 Fire HD 8, Which for the money has been the best tablet I have ever owned. If and When I have to upgrade it will be to the 2020 Fire HD 8.

Although there isn't an official way to install Google Play, its actually very easy. I'm watching this on my Fire 8 I got today, it took me probably 10 minutes total to install.

Already using this and it costs 60 bucks now. Though, the performance of this tablet is really good and all credits to the Mediatek chipset in it. The display is also quite good.

You need to do more research before you review. Google play takes 5 minutes to install. Misleading and flat out inaccurate. If anyone is reading this and you are considering the fire HD 8 tablets or the HD 10, please look for another review on YouTube....there are countless other reviews which give a far better representation of the tablet. This so called professional reviewer is simply terrible at actually reviewing the tablet. I have the 2019 HD 10....full Google play store and official YouTube app. I'm using it now to write this comment.

This is not a good review. You can literally install any app from the Google play store.

Got a refurbished version for $35 dollars. That is a steal. I own a IPad Pro M1 and this tablet holds up as a good media consumption tablet. Obviously the Pro is better but would forsure would recommend this for travel and as personal kindle. I am dental student and I take this thing to my schools clinic and mount it to a gooseneck so my patient can watch a movie as I work on them. The speakers are loud enough and the picture is much better than I thought it would be. Would recommend $55 and below

U can download google play it's easy to do it
