This is like watching those sale videos where they mess everything up in a extreme way to glorify their own product.

Nobody cuts the cheese that thick.. Once you place the butter in the pan you move the pan around so it coats the whole surface. Also ad a small amount of sunflower oil to the butter so the bread doesn't dry up. She's right about the grated cheese though. Don't ever slice the cheese.
