My father was dying of terminal kidney disease in 1971. Dr. M says doctors have known for 100 yrs that a low protein diet is the way to treat kidney disease. What I remember my dad's doctors restricted was water. He was so thirsty that he was having to sneak it behind my mom's watchful eyes. Meanwhile he could eat whatever he was able to. Even sodium wasn’t restricted. He died that same year.

Dr. McDougall is so straightforward with the facts, the medical studies and the science are helpful. I've gone to some of the studies to read them for myself ✔️

Eggs are great for your health, just keep your saturated fat intake under 20 grams a day and you don't have to worry about these food fanatics.

I followed Dr McDougall for nearly 20 years. Lost weight, mainly muscle. After getting prostate cancer, I learned that cancer loves sugar(carbohydrates). Dr McDougall looked unhealthy, died at age 74.

Sadly, eggs, poultry, meat and dairy is changing our weather (factory farming) that may someday spell doom for all of us!

I eat 12 eggs a day everyday and am in perfect physical condition my cholesterol markers are perfect my blood pressure is perfect and I'm 60 years old
