Fix Hp pro book won't turn On or power light blinking

Fixed any hp laptop power won't turn on or light blink while plugged problem. Take out battery ,memory card and press 20 second power button you will solve the problem.. Thanks for watching don't forget to subscribe my channel

Doesn't work, it's been suggested that it could be a motherboard issue.
