Hp is garbage. Mine keeps not charging every few weeks have to let the power drain and then hold power button for 10 secs. Then press it and then plug it back in and seems to work. Hope it works again cus its just done it for the 3rd time this month 😂. Its only 3 years old too btw and its done it ever since a few months after purchase

If doing it doesn’t work btw what I did was do what the person did first then if it only shines white once then use the real charger it came with and plug it in! And it may or may not start charging it worked for me!

So it would be nice if you’re seeing what you’re doing here I got a little HP with a docking stations it won’t charge. Am I supposed to plug the USB port into a charger? Everything was working fine till I let the battery go down. It hasn’t been dead that long, I bought a bunch of docking stations. Do you have to have a key determine an offer something they light up I don’t get it.

Mi laptop se apagó sin razón!! Y no se me había ocurrido pero gracias a ver este video lo intenté y sí funcionó. Así que encendió mi laptop y con ello revisé mi cargador y me di cuenta que la patita de adentro, la que lleva el pulso positivo estaba doblada!! Eso ocasionó que intentara cargar pero lo deconectara de inmediato, ahahaha. En fin, problema solucionado.
