aside from the Speakers and Resolution if your budget is limited you won't go wrong with the 10th gen

I'm planning to get the iPad Pro M2 11", however, I am quite hesitant because I love taking pictures and the iPhone 13 seems to fit that need so well. But looking at how powerful the iPad is, I think it's a better purchase for longevity and not to mention that my study method in college is definitely making annotations in my notes/readings. Since you've experienced it all already, can I ask for your wise opinion, Ammar? Btw, great video and you look so fine too!
