Thank you so much Deepti sis for this video.. I am doing this 2 weeks challenge for past 7days and it showed me rapid change as my jean pant and tshirt became loose.. i don't know how much weight has gone but i can feel the difference. I will continue this exercise and will mention how much kgs i lost . Now i am 65kg .. Love from Kerala ❤❤😘😘

I find your workouts easy and fun. I have poor stamina so I can't jump much but your workouts (esp the low impact ones) help me so much. I have never entered a gym in my life and always preferred cycling or walking or dancing. I was 64 kilos last year at this time, my heaviest ever, and now I'm back to my college days of 55. I've been following your 30 minute workouts for about 6 months now, 6 days a week!

Day 1: Did every thing cudnt finish all 15 burpees i did 7 of them. Will come back tomorrow.
Day 2: Could do 10 of them.
Day 3: Completed all 15!
Day 4: Did it perfectly. Tried to attempt second set as well.
Day 5: Did two sets of this workout.
Couldnt continue due to some issues but now im back forgot to update for 3 days.
Day 9: Going well!
Day 10: Done
Sorry. I forgot to update over here. I am literally two jeans sizes down! Thankyou deepti mam for these amazing fun workouts. Don't give up guys, you are very close to achieving your goal.

I'm a beginner to workout, I tried few workouts which gave me lot of pain in muscles but after watching your videos I enjoy to workout and it's so comfortable to workout

Progress is when you started your fitness journey with this amazing routine, and had to pause multiple times to rest in the beginning. Today after 3 months, i tried it again and finished it in one go, barely out of breath in the end. This is your sign to work on yourselves guys. Keep pushing!

Mam, I am just following your zumba workout since a week. I feel improved energy levels! ☺️ I feel like mastering one workout/video completely before moving to next. No. they are not boring at all.. these are fun to do and much much better than those monotonous "3 repeats" workout. iwhenever i don't feel like working out, i do these 'dance' work outs.. and it really helps to lift the mood up.. i recently came across your channel- and you're literally AMAZING !! lots of love
