Dude you are the only one I have found who understands Indian Audience and focusing on Beginners. I only follow you tube for exercises, but every trainer focus on advanced exercises rather on beginners. I'm really happy to udpate this mam..few days back i posted I'm taking breaks between 30 mins workout now I'm so happy that i took a single break and was able to do my workout without any problem...thanks a lot mam apne meri life hi change kr di h...from 76.6 kgs I'm 73 now within 15 days... I'm so so so much happy... I'll keep updating u ...10 more kgs to go🤗❤️

I have been doing this workout for around a week now and just a tip for everyone who's doing this. It will seem easier on the 1st day because you are highly motivated. It will be tougher after that but a tip to have motivation is that you can play songs according to your mood (On days when you aren't feeling Bollywood) it helps. P.s gets better by the 6-7th day. As your body gets accustomed to this, you can also do ab workout on top of it. (Chloe Ting's is also really good for belly fat burning) Doing both will help burn fat even faster ofc with a controlled diet.

Thanks a lot Dipti for shaping my figure. By doing this daily I lose on an average 800 gms per day my body weight. Great job 👍 now no more belly fat. I was 74 and now I am 63.4 within 20 days. Luv ur efforts a lot.

These work out sessions are soo AWESOME !!! I have only been doing this work out for almost a week straight now (with 1 day muscle recovery break) and I have already lost 1 pound and counting.
