Guys really this workout is just awesomee ❤. Actually mai kabhi kisi workout video par comment nhi karti but after doing this workout mai sach mai khud ko rok nhi pai. Maine aaj ye first time kia h but is se pehle maine mam ki bahot sari dance workout videos ki h and they are also super but this one is just mind ... mai aaj se apne daily update likhri hu so that mai consistent rahu and shayad koi aur bhi motivate hojae. Update se pehle ek choti si story ..
I am a 21 year old girl mai school time mai humesha kafi fit rahi hu but jab se lockdown laga mera weight kafi teji se badhne laga tha and mere monthly cycle disturb hogae the. Maine doctor se consult kia to unhone kaha mujhe pcod h . Mujhe harmonal issues starting se the but lockdown mai wo cheej badh gai and in the end i gain 14 kg weight . I was 50 before and after detecting this pcod my weight was 64 . Maine kafi exercise ki thodi si diet change ki but mai 60 kg par stuck hogai. Mujhe actually mai mera abhi ka weight exact nhi pata but i think it will be around 58 something. I dont have weighing machine actually thats why i dont know exact weight.

I shared this story because if any woman aur girl thinks that harmonal balance can't be cure than its wrong. After doing little bit of changes in my lifestyle i am now completely fine and just focusing on reducing my weight more. Okk thank you sabka jinhone yaha tak meri story padhi❤ now i will update daily ... by the way today is 14th March 2024

My measurements -

Waist -31 inches
Lower belly -34 inches
Thighs-22 inches

Day 1 - i just completed it and trust me guys it really detoxify your body not physically but mentally too .... i dont feel any pain because from last week i started walking atleast 10000 steps a day but yeah i sweat a lot after doing this.

Day 2 - done just completed and today i feel little bit of pain in my legs and i really sweat a lot today even more than yesterday....

Day 3 - done ✅️

Day 4 - done ✅️

Day 5 - done ✅️

Day 6 - done ✅️

Day 7 - done ✅️

Day 8 - rest day

Update -

Waist - 30 inches
Lower belly -34 inches
Thighs -22 inches

Did the routine and it was good and refreshing and completely detoxed my body. Burnt around 220cals at the end of the routine, will burn another 50-80 at resting. Thank you so much Deepti for a spectacular routine. Kudos 👍👍

much excellent.... I did ur all workouts daily basis n the evening....sometimes With my sons sometimes alone but I don't enjoyed it n most importantly I feel energetic and lose my weight also.... Love you dear n God bless you too

im not a dancer but i felt like i was dng tandav. Full energy throughout, heartbeat must’ve been on its peak.. need i mention the goosebumps throughtout the “tandav”?!!!
