I love the Saints. It is clear that they are always praying for us. That kind of Love that God shares with His saints and then the Saints share that love with us here on earth.

We are all saint if we are saved by Jesus we are all sanctified . Made saints

I’m currently a Baptist looking into Orthodoxy. I’ve seen this verse used as a prooftext for the saints being aware of what happens on earth but wasn’t convinced before but now I am.

If the martyrs are asking God how much longer until they are avenged, that means that they are aware that the people who killed them have not faced the consequences of their actions, and hence are aware of what happens on earth.

Very true Father. They do intercede on our behalf. I have used St. Peregrine numerous times along with Our Lady of Sorrows on behalf of very sick people (e.g., stage 4 cancer turned into complete disappearance of the illness) and the results were AMAZING. Their intercession was absolutely positive.
I always find my car key with St. Anthony of Padua and much more …..

I've been studying a few weeks and the first few days I learned so much, but there's one nugget of this nobody online seems to be able to get me passed. Yes, we pray to saints on the small scale like a widow at a grave, no we do not pray for favor or knowledge (necromancy) but only intercession, we do not pray only to saints all prayer leads up to God.. where do we determine we SHOULD pray to saints?
