Since i cant find a guide anywhere, I decided to make my own one. To recruit a character, you'll need to first get what they are interest in at rank D. After this, talk to them, and if it worked, they will say that they are slightly interested in joining. After this, raise their support. To get C, just ask them out for dinner and have a chorus sessions with them. If it's not enough, just buy stuff that they like. After the C support, have tea with them. 3 times should be enough, if not, give them some more items. After the B support, they will most likely join you, if not, boost a bit the stat they like or better reach rank D+.

Gods, i couldn't picture the eagles and lions homerooms, they dont even have their professor so they just sitting there or not even bother coming 😂
