i dont regret choosing edelgard. i only regret choosing flayn as my dancer.

edit: i didn't think people would actually come to watch this terrible meme (but i suppose you're here for the comments). It was just supposed to be my initial reaction to a lot of people leaving your side. especially since this was my 1st route...You kinda technically drive them away (especially if you spare them).

Like, I’m not gonna full on kill my student right off the bat, are you crazy? Of course I’d pick to not kill her, and especially so when I barely know what’s going on with her, especially with Rhea acting so crazy

It wasn't my first route, but I honestly was surprised how many people actually did follow me.

Now, my feelings on finding out that Claude, Flayn and Seteth wouldn't have had to die, but only if Byleth defeats them...

Ahhh yes, I remember playing Silver Snow as my first route, and when the betrayal came I was like a broken record saying "WHAT?! WHAT?!" O just couldn't believe that the game would take Edelgard and Hubert away from me after I spent like 8 hours pumping their support up. I spent the entire second half of the game thinking "They HAVE to rejoin me at one point or another... right?!" all the while systematically dismantling her empire. Rhea, Edelgard and Hubert were my favourite characters at the time and I almost bawled my eyes out for the entire length of the battle in the empire where you end up killing her. And then a couple missions later Rhea goes mad and you're forced to put her down like a rabid animal, and I was like "OH COME ON!!! ARE THEY DOING THIS ON PURPOSE?!"

...Silver Snow really toyed with my heart, but I haven even considered how the people whose first route was Crimson Flower must have felt.

Honestly im glad i did CF first because it was heart-wrenching to fight pretty much everyone. It would've been meh if I knew beforehand and recruited everyone
