In my first playthrough, after I finished the holy tomb mission, Edelgard left to raise an army to attack the monastery, and the very next day Bernadetta came to me and begged to join my class. I like to think that she got scared that the church would come after her for being in Edelgard's old class and that she wanted to transfer to my class out of paranoia. It's still funny to think about.

I know that you can recruit Sylvain immediately if you’re playing with a Female Byleth but is the recruit dialogue the same or is it different?
