Jiuzhaigou is a half-day drive from Chengdu. It has beautiful scenery. In the 1980s, it was listed as a representative of China's beautiful scenery along with Guilin. Later, it was inexplicably replaced by Zhangjiajie.There is also the ancient town of Moxi磨西, which is half a day's drive from Chengdu. It is located at the foot of Mount Gongga, 7, 500 meters high, and is surrounded by snow-capped mountains. There are magnificent glacier landscapes, alpine primeval forests, and countless hot spring hotels nearby, which has a high tourism value.

I am an Australian Chinese. I am so jealous 😜of you travelling Chengdu. It is already in my bucket list😉
I travelled to China last year. It was a very enjoyable trip, foods are good, technology is advanced, shopping is great, culture is rich, things are extremely affordable and standards are very high, lots of EV in this country and highspeed rail system is really impressive.
I see what the Western medias have been wrongfully protraiting about this country.
