Delicious Nutella stuffed chocolate chip cookie sandwiches

Ingredients:
110g salted butter, softened
55g granulated sugar
160g plain flour
80g chocolate chips
Nutella

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Add the butter, sugar and flour to a bowl and mix to form a dough.

3) Fold the chocolate chips through the dough.

4) Roll 1tbsp (15g) of the dough into a ball, flatten it into a disc, and place it on a cookie sheet.

5) Repeat the previous step until the rest the dough has been flattened and placed on the cookie sheet.

6) Bake for 10-12 minutes then let them cool.

7) Pipe a blob of Nutella onto half of the cookies then press the other half of cookies on top.

8) If the Nutella is very soft, put them in the fridge for half an hour.

9) Enjoy!

Very interesting to see chocolate chip cookies without brown sugar... also your recipes are wonderful for people who just learning about baking, and people who like some good homemade treats without all the extra work. My cookies take me at least 2 hours to make and that intimidates some people, so recipes like yours are a wonderful door for baking
