2 tsp vanilla
495g plain flour
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
300g chocolate chips + extra for the top
270g Biscoff spread
270g Nutella

Ingredients:
360g softened butter
250g light brown sugar
200g granulated sugar
1 egg
1 egg yolk
1tsp vanilla
495g plain flour
1tsp bicarbonate of soda
300g chocolate chips (+ extra for topping)
270g Nutella
270g Biscoff spread
Chocolate icing
Sprinkles

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan)

2) Add the butter and both sugars to a bowl and whisk until light and fluffy.

3) Add the egg, egg yolk and vanilla and whisk until combined.

4) Fold in the plain flour and bicarbonate of soda until combined.

5) Add the chocolate chips and fold them in.

6) Divide the dough into thirds and press 1/3 into a 23cm/9" cake tin and smooth it out.

7) Add the Nutella and smooth it out.

8) Add another third of the dough and press it down gently.

9) Add the Biscoff spread and smooth it out.

10) Add the final third of cookie dough and make sure there are no gaps.

11) Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.

12) Bake for 30-35 minutes and then allow to cool.

13) Pipe chocolate icing around the edges and top with sprinkles.

14) Enjoy!
