The Ultimate Nutella Cookie Pie

Ingredients:
200g butter, softened
250g light brown sugar
1 large egg
1tsp vanilla
320g plain flour
½tsp bicarbonate of soda
200g chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
350g Nutella

1) Preheat your oven to 180°C/ Gas Mark 4/ 160°C (fan).

2) Add the butter and sugar to a bowl and cream them together.

3) Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.

4) Add the flour and bicarbonate of soda and fold it in until just combined.

5) Fold the chocolate chips through the dough.

6) Press ⅔ of the dough into a 20cm/8in tin and create a lip around the edge.

7) Scoop the Nutella into the tin and smooth it out.

8) Make a lid with the rest of the dough and place it on top, sealing the edges.

9) Sprinkle more chocolate chips over the top.

10) Bake for 25-30 minutes and let it cool in the tin.

11) Enjoy!
