Dr. Oz 10-Day Sugar Detox | Why we did it & our RESULTS!

Michele I don't think you have ever looked more beautiful!! I personally follow a high fruit vegan diet so I could never give up sugar but I try to keep it to natural sugars only and I avoid the refined stuff where possible...
