How to Bake the Perfect Vanilla Cake (a Very Easy Recipe)

Learn how to bake the most delicious vanilla cake using this simple recipe.
it is an easy to follow recipe that gives a very delicious and moist cake so yummy and tasty.
Recipe for 1kg or 8" vanilla cake
Ingredients
1. Wheat Flour 230gm/ 2 cups
2. Sugar 210gms/ 1 cup
3. Butter/ margarine 160gms/1cup
4. Eggs 6 big ones
5. Baking powder 11gm/2 Tablespoon
7. Vanilla 1 table spoon
Method
1. Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees.
2. Grease a 4" or 1kg baking tin and set aside.
3. Mix all the wet ingredients. That is : eggs ,sugar, butter/ margarine and vanilla flavour. using a wooden spoon, spatula or a mixer using the whisk attachment mix for 1 minute.
4. In a separate bowl, Add wheat flour and baking powder them together then pour it in the eggs mixer and mix them for 5 minutes on a low speed or until they are all well combined.
5. Pour the cake batter into the prepared baking tin and bake for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
Check the readiness of your Cake using a skewer or a knife.
If it comes out clean your cake is ready.
To make 10" or 2 kgs of double the ingredients
