Chia Seed Pudding
1 can of coconut milk
1/3 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla

Let it sit on the counter for about an hour or in the fridge for about 30 mins and it will turn into a pudding! Add some fruit for a great dessert.

Consume within 3 days.

I grind the chia, hemp and flax altogether and put in my oatmeal. I also add just a little bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and vanilla. Then I sprinkle nutritional yeast on top. There you have it. Delicious.

I put 4tbsps of hemp seeds in my oatmeal at night, I was mostly doing it for extra protein but as I get older my priorities change in terms of health. Not too worried about muscle building any more, more focused on longevity.

Love the hummus tip will definitely try! I put hemp seeds in my smoothie every day, sprinkle on salads as well. I also let chia seeds soak in my yogurt for about 10 mins and that seems to do the trick for my digestion:)

I mash up 1 or 2 bananas and sprinkle chia, hemp and flax powder into the bowl. Yum!

Trying the hemp seed for the very first time. Crunchy in my anti inflammatory smoothie! Nice addition. I will try it on my oatmeal next.

I love all these seeds and usually add them to my oatmeal. I am starting to rotate them so using singly per day to enjoy the benefits of them all but not overuse them in my system. 😊💕
I love sprinkling chia seeds on an avocado half with a squirt of lemon and pinch of good salt. Also I love sprinkling them on my salad. Chocolate avocado pudding with some chia seed is AMAZING!

Flax seeds are the best and wow the only 2 things I did with hemp seeds was bananas dip and hummus

The way I use them is I make a chia puding and mix in both hemp and flax seeds 😃 I have this everyday for breakfast

I use a mortar & pestle and grind hemp seeds with salt, lemon juice, and thyme, and just eat it by itself.

Suposedly if we sprout them, it decreses some bad things in them and increases some good things in them.

If 1 is to toast d seeds [as lin/flax seeds developed a toasted sesame flavor/ aroma. Even pumpkin/ pepetas seeds
developed a beautiful aromas as well] would it change d nutritional quality of d seeds[ chia, flax, n hemp]?

I ended up buying the package where they are all mixed together, I can’t wait to add them to my smoothies and oatmeal. Would you say using 3 tbs of the three mixed together would provide the same benefits or would using 2-3 tbs of one type per day be better?

I know you have to grind flax seeds, but is it necessary to grind chia seeds as well?

Do you think it would be benificial to mix the three seeds together, then grind them. By doing this you get a little bit of everything, but still using the 2 to 3 table spoons per day.

I never heard of having to grind chia seeds.
