here we have a room full of high poly meshes then we switch to the nanite to see what fps is like.

this has been done on a 3700x 5700xt 32ram

70 fps performance increase is certainly nothing to sneeze at. 10 times, no more smooth and/or blurry floor textures ever again. They say to avoid lots of small stuff in the documentation to reduce overdraw. But it looks like even with that, it's still a huge improvement in performance.

Why do you have two separate meshes when you can simply turn Nanite on an off on any static mesh, directly from the Content Browser (right click... Nanite... Enable... DONE!).

You should put a HUD text on saying nanite on and off as people may not initially know what their looking at.

I use this same exact mesh to practice but i didnt like the quality, if you look close to the floor ir looks weird
