What a leap of logic, as well as a redefinition of the word God. Here "God" means *whatever we haven't been able to figure out yet.* God is the Fine Tuner; the Original Thinker. Maybe, as an agnostic, I can go along with that- but without assigning it to a particular being. But a thought process like that trying to communicate with humans would be like a human trying to talk to bacteria. So it doesn't seem likely that any of that dictation in the bible could have really happened.

I think people misconstrue the idea of god.

First - God would not necessarily be man or woman, because man and woman are constricted to limitations and death.

Second - God could be true in essence, but it’s description would be beyond our comprehension, hence we can’t even comprehend the full universe yet.

Third - Obviously there is a creator in a sense, or the always was and is. You living is the proof of a creator. No other questions should be asked. If there wasn’t a creator then you wouldn’t be conscious in the first place and there would be “nothing”. The creator can be everything from a collection of atoms to something we can’t even discover from our current dimensional space. Imagine an ant with limited consciousness and ability. To the ant, there is no outer space because they simply lack the ability to discover. To an ant, there is only earth or the places they newly travel. Just because we are humans doesn’t mean we know everything. There will always be something we are discovering or just learning. We are the “ant” in the vastness of this universe.

What can not be perceived without intelligence could not have come to be without intelligence ( much more intelligence). Learning about a car requires intelligent mind. Designing and manufacturing a car require greater intelligence along with the required resources to manufacture plus testing and commissioning to make sure it is usible and beneficial. God (who transcends time and matter)is the designer and the creator. Simple fact many are trying to dodge it to avoid all the moral implications behind it.
