Chubby cheeks are cute! But it is also an indication of weight gain and a lot of people feel self-conscious when that happens. But today we have a quick fix for that. This is the 21-day face fat loss challenge!

The exercises included in this video aren't really ones that make your face muscles do the work. No. These are full-body exercises that make you work your entire body to help burn fat and calories all over. When you burn excess body fat, that helps in targeting the fat that have settled in different areas in our bodies, including the face.

In 21 days of regular daily exercise, you will start to see and feel the proof of your hard work. Even better, you will lose fat not only on your face but in your entire body as well!

Guys here is a way to better slim your face:

1. Less sodium
2. Less sugar
3. More potassium
4. More magnesium
5. More water
6. Exercise often

I’m on my second day and this actually works. I can see a difference in my face already! However, I’m not doing just the workout alone, I’m also drinking a lot of water, and trying to cut down on my sodium intake. Hopefully these three things work!

I've started it on 13th may and I'm doing it for last 4 days with no sugar and no junk. I'm seeing the difference already. I'm going to do this for 14 days I'll give you guys update on 27 May. Please hit like to remind me 👍

I completed the 21 days of this exercise! I started in the beginning of October 2022 and finished around Halloween and you will most definitely see results! However keep in mind this was only a few weeks of exercise so it’s not super crazy but you can definitely tell. I did try to do this everyday but sometimes things get in the way so I would have taken a day break- then just catch up. I’m still doing these as a part of my gym routine and it helps a lot. I was very worn out in the beginning and really sore after, however after a couple days it gets a lot easier just try your best during that period! Trying to do these exercises every day eventually became a habit for me and is now easier to maintain consistency.

most if not all of these require the foot/toes. I fractured my toes a few days ago (it takes about 6 weeks to heal) and i can’t do any of these now 😭😭
