♥ CHALLENGE GUIDELINES ♥

♥ Rest days include a yoga session so you can stretch those sore
muscles

♥ Drink at least 2 L of water per day through the challenge.

♥ Include at least one dark green leafy salad per day.

♥ Get at least 8 hours of sleep per night so your muscles have time to recover and rest.

♥ And always remember one last thing, if you want the best results you have to apply 2 rules and stick to them: You have to work hard AND eat clean. I eat a plant based diet (yes im a vegan fitness girl) which helps a lot and I highly recommend it. But the working hard piece comes from within each of us...

I just completed this. I found a lot of angry emotions coming up for me. I got so frustrated with my body because I felt like I couldn't do the exercises. But I'd hit pause. Ground myself, let the ish pass, press play and continue. I know I will get stronger each time I do this. All the more reason to come back. Thank you for showing up, Boho Beautiful.

I just finished the 21 day challenge and I can physically see the changes in my body. My abs are more defined, thighs are more toned and smaller, and I have so much arm strength! The 1st time I watched this video I could barely get through all 25 minutes and now I am more motivated and have done ALL of your pilates videos. Thank you so much!!!

I have always had a good relationship with food and working out but lately i have been losing track. I have been binge eating without knowing why, working out became something boring and i didn't enjoy working out anymore. So i decided to do this challenge and i have been waking up 1 hour earlier to do this in the morning and i LOVE it. It took me 2 weeks and now i am addicted to it. It also toned up my body so i feel so confident and happy about myself. I don't binge eat anymore. I don't know if it has something to do with it but i think that this workout made me happier so i don't seek comfort in food anymore. I can't thank you enought for this. This is life changing for me!

I just want to say thank you for the generosity. I've been an avid follower but just been lurking all these months. I'm 56 years old and my old body is responding well (but slowly as I have creaky bones) to your yoga and PIlates routines. You are inspiring and you keep me challenged. On day 1 I had trouble holding the positions or finishing the exercises and today was day 7 and I could do the whole video without taking a break or flopping onto my stomach lol
It's a tough challenge but if you just keep on trying it ll get easier! Whoever's reading this: you can do this!! :))

This was incredible! One of the best classes ever from Juliana, imo. I did this for the second time and it was so much easier compared to the last one. I hope she will make more classes like this in the future. Of course she will, she's the best, one of a kind! Her kindness and generosity is touching. ❤

Soo I've fust finished day 5 and it's getting easier! First day I could hardly do corkscrews and probably all the side plank exercises. But today I did them! Still lots to improve but I love seeing the progress and feeling stronger.
P.S. my hip bone was really hurting when lying on my side and doing scissor snips, airwalk etc therefore I couldn't keep my body straight at all. So I decided to put a small pillow under my hip and it helped lots! A tip to anyone who's experiencing the same problem :) or maybe it's just me and my bony hips...

I'm in my 8th day. I am looking forward to my workout every morning. I love the infill of yoga on rest days. I am amazed that someone so young like you and Mark can get your lives together in this lovely way. You are so peaceful because you are doing all the good things.You are my roll model, although I am already 64. I want to learn how to live a life in harmony within and with all around me. I love Jo’s workouts! I share them with everyone!! This is my 6th day completing this same workout, tomorrow is rest day for sure. But combined with eating healthier (little to no sugar), going for more walks outside, and getting at least 6hrs of sleep each night, I have already lost 7lbs! I've recently started improving my health by cutting out refined sugar and wanted a really cool way to improve my physique.
I feel so so lucky to have found your channel Boho Beautiful!
I do the Abs and Booty 21 day challenge and on alternate days I do the full body workout- plus as a warm down I use the Yoga Beginner Full Body Gentle Flow after both of the work outs which feels AMAZING, I'm finding it helps to decrease some DOMS.
 I'm about 10 days in and can already see differences in strength and I feel I'm happier in myself too.

You have completely changed the way I exercise, I've never enjoyed it as much as this. It's helping me so much!
