This is NOT overclocking. This just enables Intel TBT (Turbo Boost) which doesn't count as Overclocking. This will increase performance, but I the title video is misleading. It's a Sandy Bridge chip you use so it doesn't affect the CPU performance greatly 😅

Disabling prochot is a bad idea, you essentialy disable overheat protection i think, so your cpu will fry itself when temperature reaches above its operational, and heat up more and more until next time you start your pc, you will meet yourself a dead cpu (No immedate damage, but next restart will show if your pc gets to see a new day) (Bios can do a lot, however trottlestop settings can improve it)

But officially its processor supports up to 3ghz clock, despite using the turbo, I think there is a way to force this in the Quick Cpu tool

Forcing boost clock isn't overclocking and is only harmful when you have bad cooling lmao

THANK U my trash leveno T430 core i5 is amazing my screens broke so i use a external keyboard and mouse so i proped up my laptop while doing a benchmark test on gaming mode and it was like i was just browsing the internet at around 60c tho it did jump to 70c once but thats it
