♥Bikini Booty Workout

With spring break around the corner I know you have your eyes on a scrunch butt bikini and to rock it you need to shape up that booty! Rock this workout two-three times a week for MAXIMUM results and be sure to check out my meal plan to enhance your results!

♥ ♥Workout
♥ Glute Bridge in First 15 reps
♥ Knee Taps in First 15 reps
♥ Donkey Kicks 15 reps
♥ Push to Pull 15 reps

Repeat this sequence on each side full out through three times total so six times all together! Rest 1 minute between each round of both legs!

I am starting back at square one from a tendon tear and that glute bridge and the in outs actually feel like a stretch as well as a burner! :) thank you!
