Yep our parents would tell us to go play in traffic meant it and yet we saw it as a term of endearment bc we knew they know we probably could w awesome survival rates and be home by dinner but we didn’t bc we were smart and found other things to do.

Because we were left to raise ourselves with very few instructions. Just figure it out and break nothing or get caught type of instruction. We as parents over did it with our own children. We hovered over them and that’s why they are spoiled and entitled and self centered. They also get the shock of their Life when you test a GenX Adult who they think they can take advantage of.
