Not sure who are u but thnk u I had my worst 2 month of my life with pain du to very bad disc herniation on my lower back I never knew I'll be able to tolerate such pain 1 step before u pass out, couldn't move like literally couldn't move
after week I had to take shower i dragg my self with my wife upstairs while i put that speech on repeat while I'm crying like never before, I never cry for some reason I never knew I'll cry next to my wife I'm old school but I put motivation speech on you tube and that's the first one that pop up on my worst and best moment in my life that definitely chnge me as person to be beetter, stronger, healthier but most important more apricate myself my family gratitude make you so much stronger and I guess God send that one first so thnk u God bless u bro I had moment there with God and u on background that is one of those moments u grew up and get stronger the highest pain on the 1 -10 scale
When u look upstairs and tell God that's it I understand now what need to be change i got u
Thnk u for lesson thnk u for the pain lord btw never comment either no where that's probably the first coment i ever put but I had such moment with that short clip that I guess only ppl with very severe sciatica pain or any other pain physically or emotionally I guess know what I'm talking bout
just remember God is good I'm not such religious i do my minimum but he is definitely exist

Remember it's period thst will pass keep hustle keep grind u will get there
Learn from me and take care of your body first that's the number 1 investment u shuld be focus on
