Chevron announces move from California to Texas

Chevron Corporation announced Friday it would relocate its headquarters from San Ramon to Houston, Texas before the end of the year. Gio Insignares reports.

Thousands upon thousands of businesses, both large and small, have left California in the last few years. The state has just made the climate too hostile to run a company. Why would Chevron act any different than any other company? They are probably just sick and tired of all the lawsuits from the state government.

Although I will say again. States should pass laws that a new resident of the state can not vote in ANY state or local election until they have been a resident for five years. County folk wisdom: Never tear down a fence until you know why it was built".
