CLEAN Energy where?? EVs use up electricity which is powered by coal plants because they cannot supply the demand. Lithium-ion batteries get depleted and thrown into landfills, let's not talk about who has to bring up the cobalt to supply those batteries (children). Windmills, those can't be broken down and recycled they get thrown into a landfill as well and need to be replaced all the time
