In this video I focused more on the iPhone and shared some reasons that could cause Apple's iPhone to lose its dominance in the smartphone market, from a lack of innovation and leadership roles to the iOS dilemma that plays a major role in the slow iPhone development.

People often say iPhones can't compete with Androids because they don't change, but Androids rarely change their design either. As for Apple's 30% App Store fee, it's just a smart business move that gives them an edge. If Android is really better, then why complain? Just buy an Android phone.
