I've had many OBE experiences, several NDE experiences and I have seen spirits, I also claim to understand none of it. It amazes me that so many people after having had these experiences claim to know what is going on. They just take things too far. Tell us what happened in your experience without telling us what it all means and without plugging a book. Also I have found that people who do a lot of research, reading books etc end up dreaming experiences and not actually having them. This happened with my sister when I have told her about my experiences she has at times said that she has had an experience also only to later say maybe it isn't real. Believe me when you have a real mystical experience there is no doubt in your mind that it is not a dream as it is so far removed from Earths realm, or reality that you can't even verbalise it let alone make sense of it. Dreams are whatever is in your mind manifesting in some form of a play while you are sleeping very different to a mystical experience, we forget most of our dreams but you never forget a mystical experience my first one was at the age of 5 I am now 62 I remember it as if it is happening right now in this very minute.

I was practicing astral projection for many, many years, and you have to be very careful with it because it is addicting. I found myself wanting to do nothing but astral project, so much that I was ignoring my life here, on this plane. I was neglecting bills, friends, everything. I would wake up around 3 am just to get a start on my astral projection (because from around 3 am thru about 7am are the easiest times to project), but I wouldn't stop. I am 40 years old and when I was a child I saw colored spheres every night; This lasted for months. I had to get out of bed and run to the kitchen, which was the brightest room in the house. I turned on the light and there they were, hundreds of them moving in all directions. I instinctively covered myself with my arms for fear that they would hit me, although they never did. Suddenly, they disappeared, just like that. The sensation I experienced in those moments was unlike anything I have felt before or since; It is a unique feeling, intrinsic to that experience. Only by remembering it can I feel it again, although in a more subtle way. Many years have passed, but I remember everything perfectly, with every detail, as well or even better than what I did yesterday morning.

I have recently become interested in learning about lucid dreaming, mystical experiences and I have questions. Because I have spent my entire life remembering it as a real experience, 100% clear, but now I think about details that I had not considered before. For example, the light in the kitchen of that house was cold, white, but when this happened to me, it was yellow, warm. It was as if everything had a kind of warm and cozy filter; I can't explain it any other way. It also seems strange to me that I don't remember the moment of returning to my room, to my bed. I also keep wondering how my parents, being in the living room, did not realize that I was awake, despite turning on the kitchen light, which could be clearly seen from the living room, and they never realized that it was on. . I also never felt the need to go to the room where they were. I understand that in that moment of panic that I felt, it would have been more logical to go to the living room looking for his help instead of going alone to the kitchen with those spheres.

This leads me to think that maybe it was some kind of astral projection, out-of-body experience... I don't know, but like I said, it's hard for me to understand because I experienced it as 100% real., Without a doubt. I've been thinking all my life that it was like that because I remember it as just another experience, strange but totally real, and now I don't know what to think.

I dreamed of someone i love dearly but who ive not had contact with for a long time, it was a very vivid dream and on waking i had an instant need to contact him and make right everything with him, i wanted to be with him, and i knew he was right for me. This dream literally came out of nowhere. So i messaged him on social media because i have no response....kept checking....no response....days went by...no response....so i got worried and started to go through his friends list, and eventually came across a photo of him on one of his friends timeline....it said RIP with a sad was 2 weeks or just under before i dreamed of dreamed of him and he had not long that just rocked my world, and ive been in grief since, with not having had the chance to make things ok with him and for having it taken away any chance of us being together.
But, i guess in some way its also comforting, he visited me in a dream after death and that means everything to me.
