The most fascinating part of lucid dreaming, at least for me, is the high level of realism you experience in the dream. Everything becomes crystal clear, you can even speak in full coherent sentences and thoughts

Have it very often. Regular life for me. It does feel like you are in control of what happens.

I've had 2 lucid dreams, first one was when I was just a kid I would of been 9 or 10. I was having a normal dream and I thought to myself in the dream am I awake or asleep? Decided to pinch myself and couldn't feel anything I remember I was so excited ran down stairs out my house down the street screaming so excited that I was dreaming and then woke up lol. Second lucid dream I was 15 I was staying at a friend's house overnight as my mum had gone away for the weekend. I remember dreaming doing dream stuff then my mum appeared and I immediately realised I was dreaming because she was out of town for the weekend. As soon as I saw her I said hey mum and decided to give her a peace sign✌️when she came back I told her I had a dream about her and she said she had also had a dream about me I immediately asked her did I do this ✌️ in her dream? She was so shocked because that's exactly what I did in her dream.

I lucid dream almost every night, sometimes I can’t tell whether it’s real life or a dream when I’m in real life. Another thing though is that I’m scared that I’m making it all up. That I’m not actually lucid dreaming and I’m just daydreaming with my eyes closer or smth.

This is a really old video but i love that you touched on the power of prayer and deliverance. Staying up late to pray and war in the spirit again those spritits that were attempting to wear you down and bully may be a war but it leads to spiritual freedom.

I never have nightmares, but usually when I lucid dream it becomes a nightmare, the feelings involved are usually very strange and off.

As a 29 year old adult who has a history of depression and from that time alone, I would physically take about 17 - 20 naps a day. I’d wake up from a nap, and fall right back to sleep few minutes after. It was an everyday routine for me. After work or whatever it was I was doing, my free time consisted of sleeping constantly. Few years fly by and I’m noticing a difference in my dreams from before vs that day few years later and I’ve noticed my dreams had become 1000x more vivid, more realistic in a way, sometimes I couldn’t tell if I were asleep or awake. I’d wake up in the morning confused as hell for I wasn’t sure if my dream was some sort of memory in some other universe or what was happening. I couldn’t tell. Then a year or two pass, now I’m able to control my dreams. Remove or add whatever I like. I can remember a dream I had 2 weeks ago up to this day. My brain has molded the power of controlling my dreams, living in my very own created world as I sleep. And that is all thanks to my depression for making me a sleepy bitch when it did. I love talking about my dreams and describing the small details to my friends. I sometimes love my brain cause I never know what the concept of my next dream will be until I start to mold it. Still not super good at doing so, sometimes it’s hard to hold onto the wheel and not be swept away in my dreams. So I’m still leaning when I’m asleep (I know I’m in my dream world hence why I said I’m still learning when I’m asleep)

Bro how he explains it at the start, lucid dreaming and sleep paralysis are very similar.

Hi I'm an irregular math problem. I have been Lucid dreaming my entire life, it's pretty much the only way i "sleep" ... for people looking into doing this, you're gonna need extreme self-awareness. You need to be aware of your brain functions especially the ones that causes certain behaviours. Awareness of your own coping mechanisms. Which then opens your self-awareness outside of your mind & into your physical body, . Being aware & able to imagine the functions of your body, . The reason why is Lucid dreaming is simply being aware. From when you are sleepy, to falling asleep to sleeping. Having the ability to be aware (or awake) as you fall asleep, sets the stage for a Lucid dream to be induced. Another great way of starting a Lucid dream is, with your eyes closed & body relaxed ready for sleep, start creating intensely detailed scenarios in your mind, & keep it going, . But let your body & your mind sleep through these scenarios.. The most important part in this is bringing in awareness to "yourself" in the dream. But pls be careful, you are venturing through your unconscious "self", so if something traumatizing or a surpressed memory comes up, do not panic or sleep paralysis can be set on. Have a good trip!

Takes some practice to do certain things well in the dream like flying, talking to aliens or gods or lost loved ones. I like to run around and try to convince dream people they are in my lucid dream haha

I've had them since i was a little girl, never knew it was Lucid dreaming until someone close to me passed away, and i have had s hard time with their passing. One i had then 2nd a week later where i met him . When realizing what was happening, i can't describe the feeling it had over me, but now my spiritual gifts have grown stronger since then

I’ve done it a couple times. Awesome every time. You can have some simple fun but you can also do some really deep things, like meditating and conversing with your subconscious. .

I used to have lucid dreams all the time as a teenager. Not so often now, but they do still happen.
