They say that big traps are a true sign of masculinity. If you want them to grow then you need to train upper, mid and lower parts of the trapezius muscle. This is how you do it. Starting with good old wide grip barbell shrugs to destroy those upper traps. Next stop, thumbs up lying reverse fly to really hit that middle part of your traps. And we finish off with some kneeling cable y-raises to wake up those lazy lower traps.

Shrug your shoulders and hold weights while doing it dumbbells or bars will work but if you don’t have those try to improvise
