Strawberry Crust | Fresh Strawberry Pie | Quick & Easy

Hey everyone!! Today I wanted to show you how to make this incredibly beautiful pie that's made with big juicy strawberries
And also a crispy Strawberry pie crust!
The strawberries have a a glaze poured over the top which could also be used as a strawberry jam for toast! Its made with fresh strawberries as well and firms up slightly thanks to the gelatin powder that's added.
The crust to this pie is Easy to make because its all mixed together by hand and pressed into the pie pan. There is no need for a rolling pin here! Are you ready for the most intense strawberry pie ever?

Ingredients:

Strawberry crust:
2 cups
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup shortening OR vegetable oil
3-4 Tbsp. water

Glaze:
1 pound strawberries
3 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 tbsp. lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 teaspoons gelatin

2 pounds fresh strawberries
