Easy No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Dessert

Ingredients for Graham Cracker Crust:

1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs from 12 whole crackers
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
8 Tbsp unsalted butter

Ingredients for No Bake Strawberry Cheesecake:

1 lb strawberries rinsed, dried, hulled & chopped
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
2/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cups heavy whipping cream chilled
12 oz mascarpone cheese chilled
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 pkt unflavored gelatin (14+ 1/2 cup cold water

Topping/ Decor:

1 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 strawberries halved

Hi Natasha! Just made your wonderful cheese cake recipe. What I like the most is not folding or wanting soft peaks before combining it. I made a small cake with gluten free crust and a regular, Both turned out great.
I also added shaved chocolate and strawberry puree on top.
