Whenever I see a black cat I remember my black cat, Pumpkin. She was found a week before Halloween at 0630, black in the morning in Anchorage Alaska. I saw a little black thing run under my sports car. I found her, grabbed her and ran inside to give her to my adult daughter and said she's yours. At the time I was going out if the state for military school. Found out she was only 6 weeks old, just weaned. Karma does come around to those who dispose of family members as garbage. Well anyway we didn't have to worry she was healthy and my black male MainCoon took her as his very own. He watched over her every minute if the day. He slept with her, bathed her, took her around in and outside. He even tried to nurse her. Too funny. I just adore beautiful black cats.
