Rotten-Roommating

The plaintiff lived with the roommate. He claims the defendant stole his debit card, birth certificate, and other forms of identification, then attacked him. He’s suing for stolen money. The defendant argues the plaintiff was a nightmare roommate and tried breaking up him and his wife. He’s countersuing for back rent and stolen food.

I wish we had an update on this one! I am literally going to be chomping at the bit til I get an update!! I do find it very suspicious that plaintiff claims he has a police report and needed medical attention from an alleged assault but doesn't bring it to court. I sincerely hope we find out soon what happened in this case.

These cases shouldn't air unless there is an update. I hate how they leave us hanging. I believe the plaintiff is a liar and who knows if he even went to the police and filed a report. He has no evidence of police reports, or hospital papers. I think he needs serious help.

So according to the plaintiff, he left all his important papers, his debit card AND the pin number lying around, yet left the place to 'cool down', doesn't have any proof of a police report, nor a hospital report, in fact he has nothing, sounds like he is what the defendant said, the plaintiff is a pathological liar...

The plaintiff is a nut job. But, The defendant isn't worried about being caught on the bank's camera, because he had one of his friends, go and steal the plaintiff's money.

For someone who works debit card fraud claims, specifically with PIN charges I can assure you if it was fraud the bank would have paid it.
