The plaintiff used to live with the defendant, but it was a disaster. The plaintiff alleges the defendant smoked marijuana in the apartment, and he stole from her. The plaintiff is suing for stolen items and an unreturned security deposit. The defendant insists the plaintiff left him with unpaid bills after she abruptly moved out. Additionally, the plaintiff's cat ruined his mattress and shoes. The defendant believes if anyone is owed money, it's him, so he's countersuing.

He didn't look too good. At first he came across fine, but then it got sketchy. Making all those claims, but bringing no proof didn't help either.

Me being a recovering meth addict 18 months clean, I can tell the defendant is emphatically still using methamphetamines, he is displaying erratic drug behavior he’s also stuttering, paranoia the indecisiveness I believe the plaintiff about the defendant apparent drug abuse.

Anyone else think it was crazy for judge to get an attitude when the plaintiff said she called the MIL. Just because she was there with the kids doesn’t mean she’s obligated to watch them until the dad gets home. Especially because she didn’t agree to that. At the point in time she could have thought something happened to him and had things to do of her own. It’s a GOOD thing she called the MIL. Judge made it sound like a bad thing.

This would’ve been a great case for Judge Mathis! “Dope fiend” “crack head” “crackish ways” are some of the things that would’ve been said🤣😂🤣😂

So glad the grandma is fighting for her grandkids! Defendant was definitely doing drugs. Both plaintiff and defendant.

Defendant is a liar and may still be in active addiction. Kids bio mom must be a real piece of work if he has full custody. He kept her deposit out of spite for calling his former MIL on leaving the kids with her. He was struggling on explaining why he was keeping her deposit, and he looked pretty nervous. And paranoia is due to using meth not pot. Wow. JM handed his ass to him, deservingly.
