Starting off a new week with an intense full body HIIT workout. Using minimal space and equipment you can easily power through these HIIT exercises from the comfort of home. Two full body circuits to get through today guys, let's do it!!

Breakdown: 2 full body circuits 45s work + 15s rest x2 rounds each.
Equipment Needed: dumbbells + exercise mat or other soft surface.

*Dumbbells are always optional. You can add them or remove them from any exercise. You do you! :) Choose a weight that is challenging but allows you to perform each movement with control and correct form. This weight will be different for each individual!

The most important (and humbling lesson) I have learned through this series? I am NOT Heather 😅 I adapt the pacing, weights, reps of sets when needed, modify exercises or substitute so I can make it through with good form and without completely obliterating myself. I definitely see a difference in my body, both having trimmed down and also gained muscle. My bad knee is so much stronger and I can complete exercises that at the beginning of the series were just not doable... Thank you Heather for giving me so much that makes me feel strong and healthy, and supports the other sports that I do!

loved this one! no jumping with the weights allowed me to up the amount of weight I was using for fresh challenge! YES!!! Week 11, day 1 complete! and no worrying about gym closures! It makes me sad but glad/ so thankful we have people like you to create this beneficial method of keeping as healthy as we can! God bless and keep up the great work!

It's my third time through! I began these in 2020 during the pandemic and they really helped me stay in shape. I'll start 2.0 next (my second round with that). Eventually I'll get to 3.0! I'm 68 years old and only modifying a little bit. I love these workouts! Thank you, Heather!

OMG! I am in week 11. I am so proud of myself. I am still going strong despite not being able to complete everyday of week 10 but I am here and still going strong. Thank you Heather for sharing your gift go working out with the world.

I've been here since day 1 and haven't skipped a single workout, but I haven't been consistent with doing it every week back to back bc life happens. But I'm still here! I feel stronger and am proud that I didn't give up on myself and continued this program.

Just completed week 11 day 1 (again) - I have been doing your workouts most days throughout lock down and when I finish the 12 week program I just start again from week 6 day 1. I am 61 and have never felt so good!
