I don't see it as failing. They got Crimea, they got the East region Donbas and Luhansk. They got the land connection to crimea, they got the ENTIRE Azov Sea for themselves. They got almost entire south. These are some achievements u cant ignore.

It's a bit rich taking into account a total disregard for civilian life shown by US and UK forces in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Yugoslavia. Thousands of tons of depleted Uranium dropped on Iraqi civilians. War crimes?
