‘Russia is failing in its war aims’ in Ukraine: US

US Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin have promised Ukraine $322m in military aid in a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy in Kyiv.
They also announced the gradual return of US diplomats to the country.
However, Russia has warned that large Western weapons deliveries would inflame the conflict and lead to more losses.
