How to: Install your rear wheel

1. Ensure you can see the lock icon.
2. Make sure to guide the chain onto the smallest cog of the cassette.
3. Hold the rear derailleur back and guide your wheel to into the dropouts.
4. Install the thru-axle from the non-drive side. Tighten with appropriate tool.
5. Push the rear derailleur cage forward, then slowly release it back.

So if we get a flat in the field and remove the wheel and tire to put a tube in, do we just hand tighten and hope for the best?

I still don't get how the derailleur connects to the thru-axle...

Everytime I remove my rear wheel I have crazy shifting issues. I have to reset my Derailuer position as if I had just installed it. To add to that, I have terrible shifting around the 38t cog of the cassette. I have had my LBS look at it and no one can seem to find an issue.
