This process works for both Eagle Transmission and XPLR AXS Derailleurs.

How to: Fine tune using AXS App MicroAdjust
1. Tap Drivetrain Settings.
2. Tap MicroAdjust.
3. Tap the forward bracket icon to adjust the derailleur inboard. This adjusts the pulley alignment by 0.2 mm inboard
4. Tap the backward bracket icon to adjust the derailleur outboard. This adjusts the pulley alignment by 0.2 mm outboard.
5. Check shifting performance in all gears.

You have electronic shifting. Why do we not have the ability to micro-adjust per cog?

My problem is im at the end of the micro adjust range. Is there an ability to move the range and re center the middle of the tunable range to a particular gear?

How many steps are to settings? Hom many mm can go derailleur from min to max value of microadjustment. Is it half cog step or less? Thank you.

Can I do micro adjust different on each gear? For example gear 1 - 7, gear 2 - 6 etc. How to do that if it is possible? Now I’m doing this on gear 1 and i set it to 8 - All gear have The same micro adjust 8- I need different value on each gear

The microadjust on the handlebar controls is really difficult to use. The shop set up my derailleur really badly and some gears were clicking. I was trying to microadjust the gears as I was riding but it requires some serious hand gymnastics. It would be way easier if the microadjust button was in a position so I could push it with my index finger while I click the up and down buttons with my thumb.

Doesn't work! The third star jumps down the chain and up again. If you adjust this star, then the others don't work.

I wish mine shifted correctly. I've been trying for six months but if I adjust it one way to shift right going outboard, it screws up the inbound shifting.
$2, 200 into it and it's F#@)#CKING FRUSTRATING!

The adjustments only adjust in the outboard direction, so if you need to adjust inboard, you are screwed. Sram strikes again with their half-baked SHIT!

do per cog micro adjust dumdums, the whole electric shifting hype has no real value without it. if you don't understand this, i am very sorry for you and the future what is waiting for us regarding innovation.
