You are saving so many people time and stress with this information. Myself included. So many people advise against aggressive dieting even though it provides amazing and quick results when done correctly. I Started a 1800 calorie food cut beginning in Feb of this year. As of last week, i'm down from 22/25% BF - 17/18%BF. Aiming to reach as close to 10% as possible in the next 6 weeks whilst cutting on 1200 food calories and 15ksteps a day. Wish me luck ✊️

Hey TNF I was wondering if you were gonna do an informational bulking video similar to the style of your aggressive cut series. Because of you, Baxter and many of the ekko team I went from 225 to 160 through a caloric deficit and now that I’ve done a month of bulking I want to know if I’m one the right track. Thank you for all your TikTok’s as I’m sure you’ve helped many like myself!

For me (everyone differs!) I’ve found 5 days of strict cutting followed by weekend maintenance works really well.

So glad you are making these. Been on a bulk and I’m in a musical in 4 weeks and I am gonna be shirtless lol. Mini cut starts tomorrow.

Love the videos Joel. One suggestion i have is to make the videos longer 5-10 minutes so you don’t have to worry about talking fast and also gives you the chance to elaborate on some things. Either way i’m loving the yt vids keep going ❤️.

Should make a vide on post cut what to do with cardio, food choices and all that stuff and weekly scale weight gain like an avg good number per week to gain back

Started yesterday on 2100 kcal, which is a 1600 deficit. Followed your nutritious food advice and experienced zero hunger in the first 24 hrs. Looking forward to the result!

If your maintenance is 2200 Cal. You do a cut at 1600 Cal/day. What should the calories be after the minicut?

When you say you go back to maintenance for a few weeks are you referring to your previous maintenance before you started the cut or trying to guess your new maintenance and then adjust accordingly?

can someone reply to me and give me actual knowledge (tnf pls) if i’m a 16 year old that’s around 205 and 5’11, with kind of a decent muscle frame but way too much fat, what’s the percentage of stuff i should eat for protein fat and carb, i’m not sure if i’m supposed to eat a lot of carbs on a cut or cut them down to little to none, i wanna just lose this fat i have so i can restart my bulk and really have a good starting point and hold myself accountable

So do you start off the cut instantly dropping 1k cals? That’s what I did and I’m eating about 2k cals a day and lost 16 lb so far but I’m not as lean as I would a thought and I still don’t have a bicep vein.
