Thank you for this! I've had insomnia for many years, a friend told me about Ashwagandha, and I bought it, but then didn't take it. I kept thinking I need to learn more about it. I trust you, so I paused the video and went and took my first one. I had no idea that it helps with so many things!

I learned that black pepper can also enhance the health benefits of Ashwangnadha, so I started taking my Pukka "peace" organic / bio tea 🫖 🍵 with it. I would first pour my boiled water into my mug with the Pukka tea bag in, then would sprinkle in some of my crushed black peppercorns and let it settle. Its spicy but amazing, good for cold weather. I feel like I can face my day once I have it ❤.
