I had four good friends, instead of maintaining the appearance of having 400. I began reading more books, learning diy carpentry, and investing in face to face relationships.

I agree that social media can be a problem, however, I'm grateful that social media has connected me to the alternative media. That's the only reason I use it.

I am 85, and soooo agree with every word you said, God Bless You, and may many that are now trapped in this "Social Media" see what it is doing to them. Freedom of Thought, it seems, is getting lost. What a terrible shame. May many listen to what you are saying and wake up, before it is to late. I an am American, that moved to another country to be near my son, and it is everywhere here too, it so Saddens me to watch my grand children, lost in this horrible thing that takes all their time. Their phones, and computers are stealing their lives..
