Because I constantly use my keys...I decided to buy a clip that I put on my keychain to clip it on the edge of my purse, belt, waistband or fanny pack strap! Works so well & I always put my purse in the same spot & the keys go back on the purse! I think I purchased it at a hardware store! 😊
Good Morning! Off to bed for me...early day! Thank you! 💕👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😃

These are tips that really work! I, of course, strayed momentarily from a months long habit and did not place a transportation card in the bag pocket I us for all cards every day and ended up here looking for tips to calmly find it.

Here's a success story and tip all in one: I got myself a small coin bag, about the size of my palm. In it, I keep my keys (which have a little bell on them so I can Hear where they are), my glasses cleaning wipe, and a lipbalm. Therefore, since they are religiously kept inside this bag, I went from having to pat pockets constantly for a bunch of small items and now only need to look for One, easy to locate, cushiony and cute bag. It's Kirby shaped!
I can confidently report I have finally gotten to finish an entire lipbalm because I haven't lost it after 2 months, for the first time ever! Good luck everyone ❤

I always was looking behind me when I left a place. It feels good that I did at least some things right. Now I know even more thanks! 😁

the most satisfying thing is when you remember if you put something in a pocket of clothing or something and then you find it, this happened to me in the first 10 seconds of this video and im so happy. i lose so many textbooks and library books and its so expensive replacing them for school. i still have to find 2 other things though.

I tend to check were I've been sitting when out but rubbish with keys when I get home. They tend to get put all over the place or left in the fleece pocket. I have got hooks up but don't always remember, trying to get into the habit though. Thanks for you videos

I kept leaving my umbrellas on the bus, at a restaurant, at the library, etc.. A friend gave me this tip: Put an address label on it and if you wish, your phone number or email address. People are less likely to walk off with it for themselves when they see it belongs to a particular person. They're also more likely to turn it in to the lost and found of the location of the business where you left it. I actually had someone return my umbrella and leave it with the doorman at my apartment building. That Good Samaritan didn't leave his/her name or contact info so I was never able to thank them. But I was also ever so thankful I'd also put my address label on that umbrella.

I have stopped carrying a purse but I only wear pants with pockets. My few essentials go into the pockets, including keys and lipstick, card case, cash, and a pill container. I take those pants off at night and the following morning I switch everything into the pockets of my clean pair of pants/shorts and put the used ones in the hamper. Works like a charm. I wear "granny glasses". They may get pushed down on my nose, but they really only leave my face in the bathroom when I'm doing makeup or onto the nightstand at night. Again, works like a don't use remotes. I need the exercise.

I use the bag methode, and it works from losing Thing(s), except when use a differant bag because, Bag A is too big, or what not. Then one can go in a frenzzy!! I had this happen once, then i remembered about Bag A, and saw that i just didnt move sed items into Bag B, or C!!

I have a designated hand luggage bag and my passport, a travel adapter, flight socks, a spare pair of sunglasses and travel insurance papers live in that bag. I have a similar one for camping with a bottle opener, chipped mugs that can be thrown away at the end, plastic glasses, a wind up torch and a picnic rug live. My spare contact lenses are in my sponge bag so that if I lose one while I'm away I always have them.
I'm more likely to leave the house without my phone or travel card than to lose anything at home.

That really works for soo many people that lose their stuff. But I actually can’t find my earrings that I MUST NOT LOSE and I actually remembered where did I put it but it’s still not there. I looked everywhere at my house such as my room, toilet, downstairs and the kitchen :( but hopefully I will find it 😣🙂

You've given me a great idea! I lose things in my home such as glasses, keys, purse, whatever I just bought, etc, because when I come home the first thing I do is often RUN to the bathroom(that's "washroom" in the Queen's English lol). Then after I wind up searching the mounds of clutter along the way & on bathroom counter, or during my dash, did I step to my left or right and put it down n one of those rooms? Lol. So this calls for a catch-all basket in or just outside the bathroom. I already have several on the table at the front door but they've long been covered over. Hence why I am watching your videos. Lol. Thanks very much!

I attach my keys to the outside of my purse so I know where they are and I always bring my umbrella back inside with me and hang it on the back of the chair in the corner, that no one sits in, so no one can use it but me! However, the phone issue is a hard one. I use my cell phone as the house phone so I need to have it with me or very close to me at all times. I have left it in the basement on the dryer when I'm doing laundry and forget to bring it up with me. I cannot remember for hours where it is! So I am trying to remember to put it on the steps so I see it. Not easy to break old habits.
